Master's degree in Neonatology, aimed at paediatricians with a special interest in neonatology. This programme lasts two years and is delivered on site at a level IIIc Service, as classified by the Spanish Society of Neonatology (SENeo).
Our Service is a standard setter in care, teaching and research. The syllabus covers everything from the care of healthy new-borns to the more complex treatments for sick ones (congenital heart disease, complex surgical interventions, extreme premature). We also offer neonatal monitoring services. Three external rotations are scheduled: paediatric diagnostic imaging, paediatric transport, paediatric cardiology
UAB masters and graduate diplomas may include or facilitate external academic internships in companies or institutions in order to help the student to achieve a level of expertise that facilitates the insertion or promotion in the workplace.
For this study programme non-curricular (optional) internships are possible:
As a UAB student, you have access to the University occupation portal, the Occupability Service, through which you can participate in selection processes for non-curricular practices as well as getting a contract. In both cases, you need to sign up to the Nexus application.
